My name is Ashley Garth, and Glow Up Juice Co. was born from my own journey. Like many people, I struggled with my weight and overall wellness for years. I knew I needed a real change — not another crash diet, not a quick fix, but something sustainable.
I discovered the power of a plant-based lifestyle and started experimenting with cold-pressed juicing. It wasn't just about losing weight — it was about healing my gut, nourishing my body from the inside out, and truly showing up as my best self.
The result? I lost 55 pounds and gained a completely new relationship with my health — and a mission to share that transformation with others.
